effondremtns (collapses), presented on sreen:
Effondrements (which in english means Collapses) is a sound and video installation. In a dark space, video projections show images of explosions which had happened inside small transluscent objects.
The visitor is first disoriented. The sound of his own walking is muffled by the carpet. He can't see the space he is in because of the darkness. But slowly his eyes adapted to the darkness and it became more aware of the space and of other visitors around him. From time to time, some object appeared/exploded. Then for a very short moment, the object's image is visible on the walls and the sound of the explosion is filling the space. In between, the visitor is let to himself, waiting in the dark.
